Job Description

Working with an Investment management firm specializing in risk management, activity, trading and quantitative finance.

They are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join their exceptionally talented team to support their network platform and low latency environments, continuously optimizing their trading strategy and infrastructure

Experience Needed

– Must have experience working within a Hedge Fund/Investment Management/Trading Environment

– Deep understanding of low latency/multicast

– Deep understanding of network fundamentals and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, multicast, etc.)

– Generalist experience designing and operating datacentres, firewalls, servers, cloud etc.

– Understanding of container orchestration, Kubernetes, CI/CD

– Ideally, experience with Layer 1 networks and DWDM, automation frameworks, and cloud technologies
